Can I configure a call/customer contact once and have it repeatedly contacted?
Yes, you can schedule a contact frequency for every 2,4,7,14… up to 60 days and A/R Connection will continue to contact your delinquent account until you turn it off. 

You will get a notification e-mail before each contact is made.  If you want to stop the scheduled contact just delete the message in the Pending TAB.
