Yes, you can set the time for the contacts to be started.  The range of start times are 7:00am through 7:00pm.  On individual messages, you can refine the time selection to one minute intervals, am or pm, anytime day or night.

Generally, you will be contacting delinquent accounts during normal working hours.  The ability is there to change individual delinquent accounts.
