A/R Connection provides 3-4 standard dunning message Templates for each method of contact.  For calls, these are Text-to-Speech text.  For e-mails and faxes, these are text files.  For letters, these are also text files. 

Your delinquent account information, aging days, and balances are merged into the message before it is sent.  You can test out the messages either by going to the setup page and looking at the standard templates or creating a contact with our own contact information in the message and have the A/R Connection system call or contact you.  This is a great way to test the A/R Connection service out.
