Occasionally, you may wish to edit individual messages that differ from your templates.

• Choose an existing customer message to edit.  (The editor type will automatically match the way the original message was created.)
  
• If a voice message was created using “Text to Speech” the text to speech editor will appear
• If you recorded by PC the RECORD on PC interface will appear and you can record an individual message.
  
• If a letter is being edited, the word possessor interface will appear.

Note: Saved changes will be saved under a new file name and will only affect this individual message.
